📦 Delivery Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Fees: Calculated based on location and displayed at checkout.

Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

Returns & Refunds

    • Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Eligibility:
      • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
      • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Non-Returnable Items:
      • Used or damaged items.
      • Final sale or digital products.
    • Return Process:
      1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
      2. Follow the instructions provided by our team.
      3. Ship the item back securely. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
